I have deposited multiple times and on the 18th of feb 2021 I submitted a withdrawal request.
And I have since then sent in my verifications, bank statements etc three different times.
However finally got those approved and was told I would have my approval no later then 7 business days. However I keep getting the run around and every agent I speak to tells me a different lie my user name is jawr743, my withdrawal is in the amount of 800.00. Please help me .

Your payment was sent to our processor, last week: 3/9 Paid $675 + no Service Fee for transaction #9232573. Our processor confirmed that your wire was completed the following day (3/10). With this in mind, I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
