I have attempted to submit my id and proof of address for my identity verification at least six times.

I have emailed but I have not got a response back yet nor has my identity been verified.

I would like to cash out and keep playing but if I'm just wasting my time. I'll move on to another casino. It has been well over a month and quite frankly I'm tired of waiting.
