I am having a problem with payout over a Month
Hello, I am having a problem with RagingBull and payout. I received a $100 chip on 4/26 and I exceeded the play through requirements then attempted a bitcoin withdrawal for $1500 on 4/27. I reached out to support a few days later and they requested I submit I proof of identity again for approval then wait a few more days. I talked with support a few days later and they requested I verify my bitcoin details then check back after a few more days. On 5/14 I reached out to support yet again for an update and they said my bitcoin withdrawal could not be processed and to do a wire transfer instead, so I cancelled the bitcoin withdrawal of $1500 and submitted all required documents/information for a wire transfer of $1400. On 5/29 I contacted support for status update and they wanted me to submit a bank statement for account verification and a utility bill for proof of address. On 5/30 I received an email stating I couldn’t use a joint account (I’m married and we share all accounts, I don’t have a single account my wife is not on) and it’s crazy to think I need another bank account with 30 days of transaction history for a single payout. I was even making weekly deposits as a sign of good faith to make sure they seen my account was active but have since stopped. I’ve even recommended multiple people to give the website a try due to the advertisement of “fast payouts” and unfortunately that is proving untrue with all the hoops I’m having to jump through. This is going on over a month I would just like this resolved.
