Huge delay with withdrawal along with constant contradiction
Back on January 27th, 2024, I began playing raging Bull casino slots. I deposited funds directly from my checking account and had decent luck, but when I went to cash out, was halted with the request of different verification documents. Now I had no issue with having to verify nor providing all of my banking information for wire transfer. Not to mention, I didn’t have an issue saying that this could take a few days. My problem is that, my withdrawal was submitted back on January 28. It is now been over the 10 day mark and every time I contact customer service I am told that the property documentation had not been submitted or that verification had not been completed yet. I have received multiple emails saying that everything has been approved . When I notified them of this the story, then changes and I’m told that I just need to hold on and wait another 48 hours. I’m about fed up with the constant story changes, especially when I am able to provide information to prove their responses wrong. I feel like there’s some kind of intent behind holding my withdrawal.
