Horrible withdrawal process
I liked Raging Bull, I thought the games were good and that the website and UI were fairly clean, so I put a few hundred in, and after playing for a bit, had $3,000 in winnings. So I figured I’d cash out. I started the withdrawal process, submitted every and all documents that were requested, and finally submitted my banking information for the wire transfer. Their email support is very Slow to respond, usually takes about a week to get a response and it’s usually all scripted. After waiting awhile, I finally got a response that said that they don’t accept my bank for wire transfers and that I would need to submit another bank account. So I went out, opened up another bank account, and submitted the information for that one. A week later they come back and said they don’t accept that one either.
I asked what banks they do accept, and they said they can’t tell me. So finally I asked to receive a check instead. They then asked for more information and told me I would have to take it in to the bank, and deposit it with a live teller, but not to tell the bank where the check came from. Sounds pretty suspicious, right? So after almost 3 months of going back and forth with them, I finally asked if I could forfeit my winnings and get a refund for the money I deposited. I still have yet to hear from them. It’s been weeks now. Avoid this casino at all cost.
