Raging Bull Casino - Horrendous experience with payments so far

I have sent all my documents in on the day of the withdrawal on the 26th of April, and the WDL is still not approved. I did another withdrawal last week and they are asking me to send all the documents again, even though their customer service said I did not need to submit for another year. So now I have to wait 5 working days for the documents to be approved yet again, 7 working days after that for the WDL to be approved, and then up to 7 to 10 working days for them to send the payment. This is going to run into months of waiting. The customer service is terrible if you call you are on hold for an hour then they tell you to leave them a message, the people on chat are telling different things all the time. They blame other departments ect. This has been a horrendous experience.

sorry about that the amounts are as below:

26th April $2500
5th May $1289

I have been told 4 times it has been escalated no result.

Hi,

Just been on chat to these guys. Today is the 7th working day since the documents where approved, and I was told that was the timeline they pointed it out in there terms and conditions now they are telling me another 3 working days and that is just for the first withdrawal of $2500.

HI,

They have approved the first withdrawal, but I have not received the money yet. They are wont approved the second withdrawal until I receive the money from the first. Not very happy with them. The chat people have no interest in helping. I received this email this morning. They have dragged their heels on this first withdrawal was requested on the 26/04/2019, which is nearly 4 weeks now and money is still not in my account second was requested on the 5/04/2019 which is 2.5 weeks and nothing has been done.

Hi Jaquie--

My sincerest apologies for not responding sooner.

I've looked in on your account and I do see that your first withdrawal was sent off to our processor, as mentioned, above: 5/18 Paid $2411 + $20 Service fees for transaction #34694935. I would expect the funds will reach your account, early next week, if not already.

I'll be back early next week with an update on your next withdrawal...

Hi Jacquie--

I've checked on your account and I see your final withdrawal was sent off to our processor, earlier this week: 5/29 Paid $1220 + no Service fees for transaction #35223227. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account before the end of this coming week. ;-)

Second withdrawal still not in the bank. I received a phone call on Monday to assure me it would be there by the end of the week. The banking hours in AU are now finished. Called my bank and there is no transfer received.
