Horrendous experience with payments so far
I have sent all my documents in on the day of the withdrawal on the 26th of April, and the WDL is still not approved. I did another withdrawal last week and they are asking me to send all the documents again, even though their customer service said I did not need to submit for another year. So now I have to wait 5 working days for the documents to be approved yet again, 7 working days after that for the WDL to be approved, and then up to 7 to 10 working days for them to send the payment. This is going to run into months of waiting. The customer service is terrible if you call you are on hold for an hour then they tell you to leave them a message, the people on chat are telling different things all the time. They blame other departments ect. This has been a horrendous experience.
