I won some money and withdrew $2500 on the 6th of this month . I put in all necessary documents required for the withdrawal . They told me its been approved yet i havent received a cent. Every time I speak to them they tell me a different story. All i want is my money i won fair and square..i patiently waited the 'time frame'. I put in all documents required. Im sick of getting the run around and just want my money why is it si difficult to get what i won . They say they deal with time frame. A real casino deals with cash.. . . . . . . . Please help me to get my money as soon as possible because this is turning out to be a joke. Yet im not laughing. . . . .

There are no further withdrawals either to be approved or paid at this point, so I'm really not certain what it is you're asking about in your previous posts. In fact, I'm even more confused because you wrote this complaint regarding a $2500 withdrawal--your first post mentions this $2500 withdrawal, yet there was no mention of another $10000.
In any event, I've asked our Payments Manager to assemble a reconciliation of your account. As soon as I receive this, I will forward this to you and AskGamblers management as proof of what I've stated.
