I placed a withdrawal request on Oct 5th and was verified and approved by October 18th.
The withdrawal was for $300. I have never received my money.
Every time I contact them on their chat they tell me they have many withdrawal requests so they are behind but they will escalate my request I will receive an update soon.
I have contacted them every 2 days since Oct18th and get the same message.

I have no idea what or why our Support staff have told you, but the payment was issued as I've explained. I've attached the blockchain confirmation so that you can see this was sorted.
If you cannot locate the payment, you'll need to contact your wallet--they should be able to give you information.
