Four months and still no withdrawal

The emails associated with my accounts and speaking with the department are <email address removed> and <email address removed>. Both are mine, one for work and one for social.
I have been waiting on three withdrawals since May 2019 totaling $1140.33. I have supplied every single piece of documentation required and asked for in order to perform my withdrawal. I continuously deposit money into my account to play the slots.
I was contacted by MEGAN S from customer service on 5th September 2019 to say that ‘they could not process my withdrawal because my driving licence expires soon.’ I think it is disgusting that you want new identification from me when it has taken you four months and still have not given me my withdrawals.
I am attaching to this email, confirmations of my withdrawals and the constant contact with your department and the insufficient service provided. The withdrawals are $100.04 , $540.18 and $500.11 totaling $1140.33.
A copy of communication with your department representative MILES SCHMITT and STEFY that my documents where verified back on 16th June 2019 and the exact amounts. Yet I have still not been paid.
