It’s been a ongoing issue first of all withdrawing my money.
At first, I was able to get into my account easily and check my pending verification
I submitted everything they asked for, including my driver's license, more than once, and my passport.
I submitted my credit cards they asked for verification finally, I resubmitted my credit cards once again, and both of those said, verified on them
I was waiting for my driver's license/passport as one of them to be verified so I can refund my money
And when I went to check after many weeks of dealing with this I now cannot login to the account at all.
I have reached out to them via email more than once
I have tried calling the 800 number and all I get is a busy signal.
I have no other options but to reach out to you guys to see if there’s anything

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Raging Bull Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. You've made four deposits with our casino, the first of which your bank declined once presented with the charges. The next two, you've charged back, costing the casino quite a bit more than the amount of the actual deposits. Because the casino did not want to take a chance that you'd do a chargeback on the fourth charge (and incur further charges), they opted to refund the amount of your deposit back to your card.
I'm sure it must be quite clear at this point that your winnings have been voided.
I've forwarded the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
