Extended delays with withdrawal approvals
I made a withdrawal request of $1,500 on April 1, 2021. It was time for me to resubmit my verification documents so I did that and e-mailed my docs to documents@ragingbullslots.com. I received an e-mail back from them acknowledging receipt of my docs with ticket number 9128408 on April 5, 2021. Since then there has been no activity regarding my withdrawal request and when I try to follow up with customer service via chat they just keep saying the same thing. "We're sorry for the delays, we've escalated this to the finance team, thank you for your patience". When I respond to the e-mail from docs with that ticket number, I never get any response. I have been patient, but with no activity on this withdrawal I am reaching out to you. I did use a match bonus so I understand that my payment amount will be more like $1,200 after the bonus is paid. Please help me move this matter along.
