Express/Wire Withdrawal delay
I put in an express withdrawal request (1672447) and a wire transfer (1672614) request on the 4/4/19 and I still haven't received either payouts in my nominated bank account and it's going onto the 6th business day now. Yes, I have verified my identity online and completed the credit card Authorisation Form and sent in screenshots of my ID documents and bank cards. I sent these to documents@ragingbullcasinoau.com and even forward copies to support@ragingbullcasinoau.com.
I've followed up numerous times through live chat and I was told that I needed to send a withdrawal request via email support which I also did. All I'm being told is that they have a backlog and they will get to it when they are able. Even if there is a backlog this shouldn't affect my express withdrawal request because you don't need to verify your ID with this first time payout option.
Really annoyed with the whole process.
