Excessive delay in payment - 100 USD
To whom it may concern,
On October 18th, I was awarded free spins and had initially won where I thought I could cash out. I attempted a withdrawal of $50.
Two weeks later on October 31st, I was told the payment was denied because the minimum and maximum withdrawal amount was $100, and the $50 was added back to my account.
I subsequently played and did get up to the $100 amount.
So I submitted the request for payment on Nov. 1, 2023, and it is still pending - which is way past the timeframe for a payment to be processed per their guidelines.
Their policy is to review and approve payments within 7-10 business days and pay 7-10 business days after approval. I have asked several times what is the delay in processing and each time all they say is they’ve escalated, but have not heard anything.
I know they say to be patient, but nearly 1.5 months is excessive for processing a $100 payment.
