This place is a joke, an absolute shame, and a scam.
After my 6th conversation with customer support... yep six times... after having given them my selfie with ID photo and all my critical information they need to process it for around
3 weeks to a month just to approve the transaction that's not processing the transaction, how long that takes is yet to be seen because so far they haven't paid me anything and it doesn't seem like they're going to.
It seems like they just stole my information and I feel really awful right now about everything involving this casino.

Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Could you imagine being in an actual Casino and having the cashier tell you "okay, just come back in half a month and we MIGHT have that money for you"? Dealing with Ragingbull casino is definitely some raging bull.
