On 2/12/24 I emailed asking how to set up a wallet as well as why it was taking so long to verify I got no response.
On 2/13/24 I emailed again asking what is going on nothing,
On the 2/18/24 Sent in my info and proof of my virtual card as well as two more pics of my other card sent them both twice so there.
03/02/24 and 03/03/24 Sent two more of each side of one of the cards again.
My last email was the 5th and still no reply

On February 13th, you redeemed a coupon upon depositing and immediately after, you redeemed a coupon for free spins. This constitutes mixing funds and goes against our terms and conditions.
