Documents Verified, Withdrawal Payout Confirmed But Not Received
As above I have done everything as requested and received confirmation that the subsequent withdrawal was approved December 10 2019.
Contact was via live chat only and it said so in my confirmation email received (to track your payment visit the website and live chat).
Over the last week I have made contact 3 times and yesterday was again confirmed that the payout had indeed been approved for $512.00; I queried immediately as the initial withdrawal figure was $650. A very vague response was replied and chat person left.
Something is better than nothing I thought just happy to have again confirmed monies transferred.
Today still no monies in my account so back to Raging Bull live chat, this time experienced log in difficulty and was flipped from Deposits to Withdrawals where I again explained situation and frustration and asked for a Track and Trace on the monies as it was now over a month since I initiated my $650 withdrawal..
The person (Reuben) handling my live chat left then came back with no explanation except to say "Membership Revoked".
I have been upfront all the way through and have had confirmation from their end all the way through..
I did explain I had an account in NZ, yet now lived in Australia, I had tried to claim a free chip just after I made the withdrawal and the live chat person informed me that I could but this was called or could be deemed "mixing funds" and potentially void my withdrawal.
To which I exited from the site and the chat stating I did have a withdrawal and did not want to jeopardise the $650 withdrawal.
My question is for whatever reason they have revoked my casino membership but now I cannot query nor have any idea as to the arrival of my monies which they had said was approved and on its way - albeit $512 not the $650 it was initially.
Assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated as they had led me to believe for 3 weeks that monies were arriving from their end to my bank account via Wire Transfer. Money allocated elsewhere was spent after not one but several online chat confirmations.
Now to be set adrift with no explanation or money is the most disingenuous unprofessional experience I have ever had with an online Casino.
They happily accepted my deposit and to not honour the withdrawal and intentionally lead me astray is abhorrent.
