Hello,
I'm requesting assistance in getting my winnings paid. I won on Raging Bull and requested a payout via wire transfer.
06/15/2020 04:40 PM Wire Transfer Withdrawal Requested -$1,952.00
On 17 June I received an e-mail asking me to verify my identity through HooYu. Even though I had previously won at the casino and received a wire payout, I had to re-verify everything, which I did on 17 June. I was told I would hear back within 5 days. As of today I have not heard anything nor has my wire transfer been approved.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is because you used a bonus: VEGASWINSVIP (5 of 999) (75 free spins) $525+$37.50. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total requested amount.
