I joined raging bull almost going on 2 months ago within a week of me joining the site I won almost 3k played back down to 3k and decided to cash out. Process was quick and easy I thought after sending in required documentation I was asked to get to them. After contacting support 4 to 5 times by email as well as by phone (which does not work) I’m pissed about my earnings. I was fair enough to send in a deposit to be able to cash out with coin withdrawals and they still haven’t said anything but keep sending promotions to my email. I’ve contacted them over and over still nothing and my balance said approved and also it was taken off my account balance and not showing nor had shown since then. I was told this was a legit site but it’s seeming to be a scam having to not be paid after I met all requirements. Just wondering has anyone else had these problems?

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
It appears that you have opened multiple accounts, which goes against our terms and conditions:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
a. If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
As such, your winnings have been voided and your accounts have been banned.
