I requested a withdrawal of $188 from monthly cash back .
It says it was approved on the 8-1-21 and I confirmed this via online chat on the 14-1-21 however it has now been a full working week and the funds are not in my account.

I have received withdrawals in the past from raging bull and they were in my account by the 4th working day , as have other international withdrawals.
However the last time I also had to summit a complaint to ask gamblers because my withdrawal still was not in my account 15 days after apparently been sent . I was then told it had only just been sent and I received it by the 4th day.

So here I am again asking if my withdrawal has actually been sent because I should have received it by now ?

Upon reviewing your complaint AskGamblers Complaints Team found out that you have submitted complaint against wrong casino brand. Unfortunately, you chosen Raging Bull, while your issue is actually related to Paradisoroom Casino, which has not yet even been presented and reviewed on AskGamblers.

Based on the above we have no other option but to Reject this complaint.
