I had made two deposits and after winning and my good luck streak was over I wanted to withdraw my money a little over 700 dollars.
As usual, they requested verification which I sent them and I still have not received my payment or any communication with them via phone email anything.
This has been since September 17th.

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner--I was off for the holidays and I'm just getting caught back up.
I've reviewed your account and it appears that your withdrawal was denied because your deposit was not honored by your bank. Without an actual deposit, there can be no winnings to be paid.
If you believe this is an error, we will need to receive a copy of your bank statement proving the deposit was paid. Without this, your winnings will remain voided.
If you can provide proof that the deposit was honored, please send the bank statement directly to me (I've attached my email address for you to use).
