I'm trying to verify so I can get my money, but they answer me every 3 days and to just tell me that the documents are not acceptable. And they lag on responding back.
Also I send what they are asking for, but they still keep on not accepting anything I send them, and they are no help at all. It's just too complicated to get approved here.
I just want my $1600.
I also tried to withdraw with bitcoin but they say I can't and give me no reason why im verified thru bitcoin.

As you can see, there is quite a disparity between the amount requested and the amount you were paid. The reason for this is that you built your funds using free spins. The free spins carry a $100 max cashout amount, which is what you were paid. The excess funds were removed from your account.
