I requested a withdrawal of $1000 AU on the 7th October 21, 7 to 10 days is their specified wait period.
It is now the 25th October and it’s still pending nothing has changed.
I’ve been told on 2 occasions that it has been escalated and passed on to the relevant department… And I should check back in 3 days.
Please can this be looked into this is my 2nd withdrawal so I’m verified and they have all my docs that they requested.
