I requested a payout almost 2 weeks ago for $1500 - submitted all my documents through hooyoo link you sent me. I have emailed copies of ID, c/card and utility statements 3 Times!!
Live chat are hopeless they say documents haven’t been received when they defiantly have been sent multiple times.
There is no phone number to speak to someone directly

Finally received my payout... would not recommend this casino to anyone it’s taken nearly 2 months of back and forth and jumping through hoops. Raging bull try to weasel out of paying out any way they can. Stay away

Still nothing this is a joke...I requested first payout in September & have jumped through hoops sending documents multiple times. raging bull keep stalling with some excuse each time they reply

As I stated in my previous email reply to you, your withdrawal was sent off to our processor: 10/25 Paid AUD $1400 + no Service Fee for transaction #43632245. It does appear there is a bit of a backlog with our processor, but I've been told that players (with wires within this same batch as yours) can expect to receive their wires within the next few days.
As soon as I have confirmation that your wire has been completed, I'll be sure to update you.
