Delayed withdrawal request approval of $2,450

I have enjoyed playing at Raging Bull, they have good bonuses and games. I have finally won a decent amount of money, $2,450, and now I am dealing with delays in the withdrawal process. All of my documents were submitted and approved on 8/16/2021. I submitted the withdrawal request on 8/16/2021, it is now 8/26/2021 and it still shows as “pending”.

I have contacted chat support and they have told me they are experiencing delays and still need to verify my Bitcoin withdrawal method. I have asked them to explain how this takes more that a few seconds to do but have received no real response other than automated responses of their terms and conditions.

If we all have to abide by their terms and conditions, then they should have to abide by them as well. Withdrawal requests are supposed to be reviewed and approved/denied within 7 business days. We are going on business day number 8 and all I’ve been told is that they have escalated my request and to contact them again in three more business days.

I just want my money please.

After 3 days of no response to my emails I received an email from the customer service rep that has been replying here saying that he has Covid so he working slowly on my payout. This is completely ridiculous. I won playing at a different casino last week and was able to verify my account and receive my money within 3 days! That’s how it should be, not this ridiculous runaround.
Unfortunately after dealing with these delays and issues for 15 business days and then receiving this email on top of it, I made the poor decision to cancel my withdrawal request and play some more. Dumb, I know. Luckily, I was able to win more and now have 3 pending cash out requests totaling $6,400. Hopefully I will be able to get my money and not have to wait months to get it..

23 days and still no payout

I requested a withdrawal of 2294.00 on 5/30/26.

It was finally approved on 6/09/26, and per their timeframe for withdrawals, today is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received it.

Customer service can't get it together with the first one telling me I would get it on the 12th, the next two said today, and the one today says, " Well, today is still the 10th day, so come back and ask tomorrow.

I was denied a supervisor when I asked for one because, according to her, they can't do any more than she can, so it wasn't necessary.

I just need my money!!

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Have not been able to withdraw funds since February

Hello. I initially signed up for this casino using a bonus they were using to match my deposit of $50. Using this deposit, I hit a significant bonus and after reading the withdrawal requirements, I played through the bonus as required. This was back in February, and after several attempts to withdraw the money they have all been unsuccessful citing that my bank account cannot be used for this. I tried another bank account and that was also denied. I have submitted the requested paperwork several times such as statements, proof of address etc. On the last withdrawal attempt, they made me wait over a month just to end up saying I would be unable to withdraw the funds. Please assist and thank you in advance.

Cant find a way to withdraw the winning money

Please help me, I have verify everything including ID and Card payment, all approved and passed but when trying to wd I was being back and fourth with suppport telling me to canceled then try other way but then they said they cannot sending it to my bank. Now I want them to just simply sending it thru bitcoins for me as I would be using it for depositing from now on

They wouldn't let me withdraw, but they canceled it 6 times, made me do my verification 3 times.
