I filed out a withdrawal requested back in august, august 11th. Prior I had already sent in all my documents to verify! And I’m still waiting I’ve reached out to them and at first they said it was approved an sent to their payment services provider on 9/14, now they say it was sent 9/24. They basically just tell me to bare with them and rest assure the money will be in my account soon. They say it takes 3-10 days

I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.
Your payment was sent off to our processor, as you were told: 9/14 Paid $2007 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #102671393.
I would have expected to have received confirmation of the completed wire by now, so I've sent a query to our processor to see why this has not been completed. As soon as I have a reply, I'll be back with another update (should only be a day or two).
