Delayed withdrawal payment 7 weeks and counting
Based on their own terms and conditions "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of the request. Ineligible requests will be denied within that time frame and eligible items approved by the 7th business day. After approval, the payments typically within 7 to 10 business days and up to a maximum of $2500 will be sent per week".
My initial withdrawal request was placed on the 24 July 2022 and has still not been paid. Nor has it been denied. Appears nothing at all has been done despite the countless online chats with casino chat staff, online chat team leads, and multiple emails sent to an apparent Finance department and VIP escalations department.
Note at the same time of withdrawal request, verification of bank transfer documentation was sent and based on my account status approved by the casino. Also note I have joined a number of other casinos and never had such difficulty. Withdrawals with other casinos have taken no more than 2-3 business days. So you can understand my disappointment that this casino simply seems it does not want to pay out these winnings.
The repetitive response I've received from Online chat staff is that unfortunately they cannot do anything about the delay and that only internal notes or messaging can be sent to Finance team to speed up the payment process. No response yet from the casinos Finance team on the payment status.
We are now more than 7 weeks since the initial withdrawal request and still no payment has been made.
