Delayed withdrawal of $674 payment, unprofessional standards of customer service
On the 24th of February 2019 I proceeded to make a withdrawal from my Raging Bull Casino Account to the sum of $674 in total.
There were some minor issues with documents, a utility bill which held up the process at my end by almost a week while I waited for one to arrive in the post. Since then I've been told the account verification process was complete, mind you I was asked to forward the same documents several times over a two week period then again several more times asked for the wire transfer bank and account information. I obliged. There has never been any email correspondence instigated by Raging Bull Casino staff, only replies to my many, many, many emails.... chat portal enquiries etc.
All they keep telling me is it was delayed and now it's escalated to the finance department, but I've yet to get any explanations to why? and when? that is....When may I expect the transfer to be completed, even a rough guess would suffice as opposed to no answers whatsoever.
