Delayed winnings over a month
Hi
I am having issues with a delayed payment with RB Carnival within the VIP account.
I had put a withdrawal request in on the 8th June and 10th June for $2500 on both occasions a total of $5000 now 59 days later and have still have not received this payment. I have spoken with the Customer service team and they are constantly apologising for the delay but said it’s still being reviewed and cannot give me a date of payment. They had given me 2 emails to contact the payment team. payments@playerattendant.com and carnivalvip@playerattendant.com. My last response was on the 21st July as per below

I had used my own fund when I had won this money and not a coupon so I don’t believe there would be any reason for a delay in the review. I have not been given a reason for the delay .
