Delayed $12,500 withdrawals approval

I have made 5 withdrawls between the 17th March 2019 and the 23rd March 2019. Each withdrawl is $2500, totalling $12500.
My account identification varification was confirmed via email on the 20th March 2019.
My bank details have been confirmed via live chat, as i have already recieved a withdrawl previously from this casino.
Raging Bull Casino policy states the time frame for withdrawls to be approved is 7 business days.
I have made inquires through live chat twice now.. The first time i was assured I have fulfilled all requirements and "Do not worry".. The second time, i was told one of the withdrawls would be escalated to the withdrawls department. I asked if this department would communicate with me via email and the response was "Unfortunately not".
Very unprofessional and frustrating! I have fulfilled all of my obligations. Raging Bull Casino has breached its policy, as it has now been 12 business days since varification. I follow up with an inquiry and i am told its been "Escalated" with no other instruction. I really felt like i was brushed off, which seems to be a common occurance, as many other people have experienced the same frustration.
Can you please, please help me?! Thankyou so much in advance.
