I have been awaiting payments from the casino. I have attempted many times to have it resolved with the chat team & have yet to have any luck.
1 x $2300 dated the 7th of June
1 x $2000 dated the 17th of June
1 x $2500 dated the 6th of July (within time frame)
I have also had my VIP 5 status removed , which was done after I made all withdrawals. I have continued playing & depositing in this time.
I have been customer for years & would appreciate a resolutions ASAP as i have been extremely patient.
The T&C clearly state 5 business days for a review.
