Delayed payment with no explanation
I contacted customer service like I was told to this morning to ask why my payment wasn’t sent. The woman told me it would be sent today since this was the 10th day. It’s currently 4 hrs CST time past close of business. I have no payments sent per my transactions. I have no activity on my bit coin address. Currently been waiting since 5pm to talk to customer service on hold. This time I had one person in front of me an hour ago. The message changed and no help. I’ve attached screen shot of customer service interactions. This casino needs to be a bit more honest about stuff. Their terms and conditions don’t mean a thing to anyone. They do not follow them.
The first withdrawal for 1000 was approved on 4/10 for 794 dollars to BTC.
My second withdrawal went 12 days before it was approved on 4/22. These were within the terms and conditions of 2500 limit per week. They were requested in different weeks but not touched for days. I emailed and went customer service. Several agents treated me like a child using my first name to scold me about reading the terms and conditions. Uncalled for!!
Why have terms and conditions if you’re not going to follow them??
When will you be sending my payment? 11 days 12 or maybe 15? I would like better customer service in giving me a good answer instead of backpedaling and lying. Your agents lied on multiple occasions about we have escalated your request only to find out two days later it was never done. Horrible service just horrible.
