Hi,

I placed a withdrawal for $2000 on raging bull casino on the 19th of December. I sent in all my verifications and the withdrawal was approved on the 25th of December. The withdrawal amount ended up being around $1685. I can’t tell what the exact amount was because I’ve never received any information about the approved withdrawal and my account has been wiped since.
Since then I have had to send in my verification details twice more with no reply.
I’ve called the support line and used live chat just to be told that either the finance office is closed or that I can see your withdrawal is approved but that’s all the information I can give you.
In the terms and conditions it states once approved, all winnings will be paid out within 7 days. After talking to them today they told me finance office is very busy at this time of year.
I just want my money so I can leave this website.
