Hi again Tawni and AskGamblers,
on 11th February (two months ago) I requested a withdrawal of six hundred dollars. I am fully verified and have enquired a number of times to get the same story, that will be escalated and thanks for my patience. I recently put a complaint in about Planet 7 casino (the sister site) and that was resolved and funds paid, however I lost all access to free games and bonus on both Planet 7 and Raging Bull. So I assumed since they had looked at both sites, they would have seen a withdrawal that was six weeks old and paid it, but no, just took my bonus access.
I can still take bonus but instead of 30 times playthrough its skyrocketed to 150 times playthrough, so maybe the moral of the story is don't complain. Sad thing is these are good casinos, great games, friendly chat - just the slow payments is the only downside.
So I ask that my withdrawal be processed please.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
