Delayed Payment of $2,500 Without Explanation since 10th

Here is a direct quote from their site about time frames for withdraws, "There is a standard 48-hour pending period for withdrawals, except over weekends. In case of high volumes and frequency of payments to the same players, payments could take a further 48-72 hours."

I requested a withdraw of $2,500 on 4/10. After the timeframe mentioned above had passed, I reached out to see why my payment had not been processed. I was then told by support (after waiting for over an hour for a response) that it could take anywhere between 7-10 days to process payments and was given the explanation of "high volumes of transactions" as an excuse for delaying my payment.

It is now past 10 days and still I have not heard any updates about my payment. I have submitted all required documents and have assured there are delays in regards to documents that need to be submitted.

I have gambled at many casinos and have over $100k in deposits. I am actively looking for a new casino to deposit at since the one I typically use changed software and I don't like the games anymore. I've had many issues with payments at other casinos but never have I had to wait over 2 weeks to receive a payment. One thing I can assure you is that I will not deposit another penny at this casino.

I have seen many complaints about this casino not paying out so I have reached out to the SBGOK, a lawfirm that specializes in cases against Curaçao based casinos. They assured me they are very aware of this issue and I will have no problem collecting the funds owed to me.

I have told the casino to process my payment immediately or I will have no choice but to move forward with a lawsuit against them. I've made their decision pretty simple, pay me the money you owe me or deal with the consequences.

I highly recommend anyone else that is having issues with this casino reach out to the SBGOK to see if they can resolve your case as well.

Dear @ModolfrGaming,

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

There have been some developments since I submitted my original complaint that I would like to share. First, I am no longer trying to collect these funds as I decided it was not worth my time to pursue legal action over $2,500 so I gambled it to see if I could win an amount that was and lost. That being said, there a few things that happened I think everyone considering depositing at this casino should know about.

I have a lot of experience with these casinos so I have a good idea how they operate and what they think they can get away with. Shortly after I requested the withdraw I submitted all the required documents needed for payment. Once everything was approved I followed up with support to confirm everything was correct and there would be no issues with the payment. I also asked if my withdraw method of BTC was approved and received confirmation that it was. I've been screwed over many times before so I made sure to save a transcript of that chat for evidence. When it came time to process my payment though, I was told that BTC wasn't allowed. Even after being shown proof that I was told it was they still refused to honor it and said I had to submit information for a wire transfer. I had dealt with enough BS at this point so fine, I got all the information they needed and sent it over immediately. The next day I followed up again to confirm they received it and once again got another excuse for why they couldn't pay me. I sent them a statement for my bank account which is with Bank of America but they rejected it because it says Merrill on the statement. For those who don't know BOA and Merrill are the same company, if you have a BOA account and run a statement it will say Merrill on it. They had everything they needed to send me payment but still tried to find a way to weasel out of it. At that point I had enough of their excuses and knew they would never voluntarily send me my funds.

All Curaçao based casinos are scummy but this one takes the cake. If anyone reads this DO NOT give them a single penny!

Withdrawal Blocked Because Required Wire Method Is Unavailable

Hello AskGamblers Complaint Team,

I am asking for your assistance again regarding my $2,500 withdrawal from Raging Bull Casino, originally requested on August 17, 2026.

I want to clarify that I have been cooperating with Raging Bull and have attempted to follow their withdrawal instructions.

I initially requested my withdrawal through Bitcoin, but Raging Bull told me that because my debit card was my primary deposit method, the withdrawal had to be processed by bank wire.

I then provided my bank wire information for bank as instructed.

Raging Bull subsequently told me that they are unable to process transfers to bank at this time and instructed me to provide another bank account, along with a recent bank statement.

I contacted Raging Bull through live chat and asked why the wire could not be processed and requested escalation. Their representative told me:

“I don't see the exactly reason why we can't do wire transfers at the moment my apologies.”

I have now received another email from Raging Bull dated September 4, 2026, again confirming that they cannot process the wire to bank and asking me to provide a different bank account.

This leaves me in a situation where Raging Bull requires my withdrawal to be processed by wire, but the wire method they require is not available to my bank.

I have therefore asked Raging Bull to make a one-time exception and allow my $2,500 withdrawal to be paid through Bitcoin, since the required wire method cannot currently be completed.

I am willing to complete any reasonable verification required. I am not refusing to cooperate with the casino. I am simply asking for a workable payment method to receive my winnings.

My previous AskGamblers complaint was rejected because I was encouraged to cooperate with the casino's suggested payment method. I want to make clear that I did attempt to follow that payment method, but Raging Bull itself has stated that it cannot send the required wire to my bank.

Requested resolution:

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist me in obtaining my $2,500 withdrawal, preferably by allowing Raging Bull to process it through Bitcoin as a one-time exception, or by helping establish another reasonable payment method that I can actually use.

I can provide screenshots of my conversations and Raging Bull's September 4 email confirming the issue.

Thank you for reviewing my complaint and helping me find a resolution.

Raging Bull casino redundancydelay tactics
I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.
