On 12/19/21 I submitted a withdrawal for $600. I used a bonus and completed required play throughs and followed all bonus rules.
I've inquired 4 times about the status of my withdrawal through their chat feature. All 4 times I was told my request was being escalated and to wait a few days.
I did that but got the same automated response each time.
I am now lodging a complaint, again, with this company as ever a month has gone by. I have attached one of the chat sessions I described. They are all pretty much the same.

You made a $32 deposit and the coupon carried a 10x maximum cashout, which explains the payment of $320.

Kindly note that reading your complaints text the Askgamblers Complaint team understood that you have stated using a bonus. Please refer to the following term.
12. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account.
Please update your complaint in a timely manner and confirm if you consider the issue resolved. Keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaint system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process and providing updates in a timely manner is a must.
