I made a withdrawal originally on March the 13th, a month ago. After finally getting my documents approved, it took them 10 days to approve the transfer which was 29th of March (almost 2 weeks ago). It has been 11 business days now and I was told it should take 7-10 days since withdrawal. I wonder which the excuse will be this time, glitch? Seems like the only way to get my legal winnings these days is to make a complaint. Not happy!

It does appear that it took our processor a while to complete your wire: 3/27 Paid AUD $2330 + $20 Service Fee for transaction #71274488. According to our processor, the payment was completed on 4/9, so the funds should have arrived in your account by now.
