Delayed payment being given the run around
I made a withdrawal claim 21st of sep.
And a 2nd withdrawal on the 22nd sep.
Despite messaging them multiple times and been told every day for a month that it has been escalated and my documents have been verified and it has also been verified where the winnings have come from. So essentially nothing is stopping it from being approved it still has not.
Every day I am told the same thing we will send it to the relevant team I have screenshots multiple of them to prove my claim I’m beyond frustrated with been given the runaround.
