I opened an account made $100 deposit, won $1400 but was refused as they said I added a free coupon, which I did not do. They reset my account and gave me a new bonus with the promise that there would be absolutely no issues if I won. I won $997. immediately requested payout their site states 7 days to payout. That was on the 11th of October. I have reached out several times and they keep saying the issue has been escalated but to no avail.
