Delayed Payment and Promo Chip Voided
On 10/21/2021 I played off of a free spins bonus as part of a deposit bonus that I had selected. Max cash out was 100.00. I submitted the request for the withdrawal and was told that within 7-10 business days that I would receive the winnings. So I waited for the deposit to be processed after I had done all of the verification (taking a selfie with my ID etc.). It was about maybe 5 days later that I went to check the status of the withdrawal and that's when I was notified that my "Year of the Bull" 300.00 chip was available for me to redeem. But I had to redeem it within 30 days after it becomes available. Well, their rule is that if you have a pending withdrawal they can not process any free chips that I would "have to make a deposit if I wanted to take advantage of the free spin bonuses.
So long story short they have taken a lot longer to process my withdrawal request and then they also kept my chip and wouldn't give it to me even though it wasn't a "free chip" but a bonus chip that was given in conjunction with the deposit bonus. They said that I had to redeem the chip before the expiration date or it's forfeited, but that doesn't make any sense because they wouldn't process my withdrawal request or let me get the chip either.
There have been 6-7 different agents I have spoken to who advised that they were still gonig to pay but the 3rd party processor is behind. which I can understand however now we are past 5 weeks no withdrawal and no chip that is rightfully mine. That's like stealking in a sense because they told me that I would receive this chip as part of my deposit but because they are taking so olong to process payments I should be penalized for that? Doesn't seem fair to me. I understand how things can happen but they are asking me to make another deposit when they haven't even paid the withdrawal out and then voided my 300.00 chip because they are taking a month of Sundays to payout my winnings.
I have requested a supervisor and there is no one that helps. If you would please assist me in the handling this situation?
Thank you,
