Delayed payment and not the first time either
Requested Withdrawal on the 12/02/21 payment was declined on the 18/02/21 it was Re requested on the 18/02/21 and contacted live chat. They claimed they never received the wire details and i had to send via email even though i filled out the form that comes up when you request withdrawal and also checked with live chat who said that everything was on file and didn't require anything further.
They approved the payment on the 25/02/2021 and sent an email stating it should arrive in my bank between 3-5 business days.. at 5 days i contacted live chat again who said it is normally 5-7 days which when passed i made contact a third time and i was told it would be 7 to 10 business days.
About 6 months a go on a sister account i made a withdrawal and this exact same process took place. This isn't fair. Benefit of the doubt was fair the first time but this is the 2nd and not only messed around but the exact same excuses also. On top of this the vip status makes your withdrawal faster is also lies. no difference. super disappointing .
I contacted them tonight and they assured me that $1825 was paid on the 25//02/21 and to keep an eye out it will "eventually get there" but no response to the query of its being sent now some 18 days a go and still not received.
Its wrong how happy they are too take it but wont give it back.
