Payment is delayed and not sent within the allotted time frame.
This has happened multiple times.
The attached file shows March 20th for confirmation of withdrawal.
I’ve reached out to them multiple times and get no straight answer. They always blame it on either the payment provider or have to escalate it to their finance team.

I would assume by now the funds have landed in your account.
