I have been waiting over a month with not even an approval. It keeps getting pushed back. I have sent the verification paperwork needed twice and am still receiving the same message from them. I have already spoke to my bank and they confirmed they will accept the wire transfer so that excuse wont work. I have two withdrawals pending. If they wont pay me those I think they should refund the money I've already spent! They can take my money within seconds but months to pay out?! This is ridiculous.

Hi Kathy--
As I've explained in my email reply to you, our processor cannot issue payments to credit unions.
Once I receive alternate wire details (as outlined in my email), along with the bank statement, we will be able to move forward with your withdrawals.

Ive sent those things to 2 different emails to raging bull and received a case number afterwards so someone got them. Ive filled out the wire details 4 times now because the payment keeps getting denied or pushed back so all the information is there, but I just sent it to your email again, for the 5th time...
