I made a withdrawal on the 5th October 2021 and today is the 3rd of November 2021 and still no payment. See attached screenshots of communication with raging bull. I have been in contact on 10 occasions and all I hear is my matter is being escalated. I am very frustrated and would very much like your help again

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
