My verification of documents was done on 10/02/2019.

Wire Details were then submitted the following day 10/03/2019.

I still have not received the money. My verification was done and approved, and I submitted my wire details but I still have not received the money.

I apologize for using the wrong name.

I've reviewed your account and unfortunately, your withdrawal has been denied. You've used multiple free chips in a row, which is strictly against the casino's terms and conditions:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

Hi Luis--

I've finally been able to figure this out and yes, you did make one deposit, however, this was AFTER you had used several free chips and free spins. You had already built your funds up over $700 using several free chips and it is clear you made the one (minimum) deposit in an effort to try to circumvent our terms and conditions. The bottom line is that you breached our terms and conditions--your winnings have been voided and your account has been closed. I have just sent you an email requesting your Bitcoin crypto address, as we will be refunding your deposit.

I have sent all the evidence to AskGamblers to confirm what I've stated is accurate.
