Delayed outstanding payment
Hi,
Thank you for assisting me. I made 4 withdrawals on the 05/09/2021 for $2500 each.
I have received two for the sum of $4850 on the 28/09/2021 and still waiting on two still pending. Upon making many chat conversations with support and manager I have been advised that my withdrawals will be escalated to the relevant department for payment.
Upon there ignoligant I have been waiting a while I also have been advised that my withdrawals will be prioritised and been paid to me weeks ago, but it's all just misleading information. Also been advised that the other to pending would follow soon after the previous two.
As of today they are still pending and I'm getting nowhere in receiving my outstanding payments. Would be greatly appreciated your assisting in recovering my winnings.
