Delay of withdrawal yet again
This is the second... (and last time) I've had to deal with these guys.
I asked for a withdrawal of $2000 via email with my account details attached as per last time.
4 days later an email confirmed it was being processed.
13 days have passed. In the terms and conditions it states.... "Eligible withdrawal requests will be approved 7 business days after the request date."
I emailed again to ask why my funds are still sitting in my casino account.
The response I got was........
"Kindly request for a withdrawal or contact our customer support team via live chat for further assistance."
I have attached screen shots of the mentioned dates and conversations.
