I have been trying to collect my winnings since November of 2025. Throughout the process I've patiently waited for approval time and the 7 to 10 business days, and even time for a supposed finance team to do whatever they do. I have attached conversations with the casino's customer support specialist, and one conversation claimed I should see my deposited winnings the following day. I'm about done being patient.

I've received confirmation from our processor who've stated that your wire was completed yesterday (4/29). I would expect the funds have already landed in your account.
