Declined payment after reassured payment
Good morning, I begin working with a customer service rep by the name Elena in March who Informed me that my credit union was not an acceptable bank and that I would need to sign up with a bank that allowed wire transfers. This is understandable, however in March 27 i created an account with US Bank but was unable to provide bank statements due to the account being brand new. (Understanding) I informed the rep that my statement would print in 04 Apr and was told that
“Dear Tayana,
Rest assured that we will review your bank statement on April 4th with utmost priority and confidently assist you with your pending withdrawal.

I am now being denied my new winnings until
“ Good day, Tatyana
thank you for your email.
After reviewing your bank statement, unfortunately at the moment it is not possible to accept US bank for wire payout due to insufficient activity on account.
You can provide PDF bank statement in next weeks as proof that account is funded on daily base.
