Continuing to delay payment for absolutely no reason at all with continued excuses
I made a withdrawal for $1000 on November 4 and have waited patiently for them to process the withdrawal, which is also through bitcoin, which is supposed to be quicker and they advertise to be quicker and each day, which is almost every day I contact them I have Continued to get the exact same excuse every single day telling me that they have escalated it and to check again next day and just remain patient.
However, I have expressed to them and not that I am special nor do I think I am in anyway, however, I have had extenuating circumstances due to having a stroke two weeks ago and have been out of work. Due to that did not know how I would pay my rent and then was blessed to win and felt tremendous relief to know I could pay my rent. And I am now 16 days late on my rent and facing an eviction, because they will not just process the winnings.
I won fair and square without breaking rules Completely verified and I have every single transcript with every single customer service person that I’ve spoke with also if needed I’ll be glad to pass those on. I have been nothing but kind and patient and tried to be understanding with them but this is out of hand, and I did tell them yesterday or last night, that if I did not receive it within 24 hours that I would be filing a formal complaint against them, so that is what I’m doing and they need to be held accountable for what they do and stop holding peoples money and being greedy.
The majority of time the casino wins so when the player wins if they want to run a casino, they need to abide by terms and conditions and rules just like they expect us to.
Just want my money so I can keep a roof over my head so I am asking please please please help me. I am in this for the long-haul as well, and will do whatever I have to to ensure I receive my money and keep them from continuing to practice bad business behaviors, and deception and fraud.
