Continous new delay tactics wan't pay into any of my accounts

So i guess these sorts of thing arent wver short but ill try not drag my story out.


8.12.19 request withdrawl- got offered "EXPRESS WITHDRWAL", But it comes woth max cashout of $750 ,i wamtes to wothdraw $1000, but decoeded ao close to xmas to go with the "EXPRESS OPTION".


I received confirmation email recapping my withdrawal method and recaping my bank details, amd that ive been aproved an express withdrawl for my 1st withdrawal.


A week later i contact chat to ask if the paymemt was on track to my accoint and asked if they required any more information from me. I just wanted to ensure i was doing everything ibg my end to ensure i have the money before xmas for my kids xmas gifts.


Aprox 2 weeks after withdrwal request, i contact live support to ask how much longer for my express withdrawl. I was told im not yet verified! UPSET that i didnt contact earlier as i didn't want to bother the casino so i left it so long before asking what was the go with my withdrwal and not one email or request was sent to me notifying me of what was missing for my express withdrwal to go ahead. i was under the impression casino had everthing they needed as i usually berify myself before ever depositong, and i figured i was apprpved after chat ensured me id given everything they needed just gotta wait standard 7 days for withdrwal to be aproved.

So i try summerize the rest so idont bore you half to death😴....

24.12.19 recieved email saying i need to send my bank deatils so i sent a copy of their email they sent to me on 8.12

19. I was told, not acepted i must retype it and send back. So i did


25.12.19 recieve email saying they recieve my documents but they need a telephone bill in my name at my address and its only documnet they will accept and nothing else.

I sent bank statement, passport and c/c photos as my documnets and i dont have home telephoneone on or intermet, i use my mobile phone.

So i sent my personal loan contract, centrelink statement, recent letter addressed to me from my childrens school and my mobile phone account screenshot from phone provider app all these things showing full name amd address and finally they sent email confirming docs was approved! Fast and hassel free i know.!

So i gave them my HSBC bank account details along woth swift in exact format thatt heu adked not leabing out any details and emialed it to the address thay asked as well as type in chat like they asked. Email also included a screenshot of my full namevon my account with address, bsb and bank account number and whatctype of money my account accepted (USDand AUD).


NOW THEY HAVE BEEN saying my bsb is incorrect since atlest the 14th january. I pointed out that the fact i have shown a screenshot of my banking online that cannot display incorrect details so they are correct. Icalled my bank to reconfirm and now i dont know what to do.


Ive waited a month before they disclosed to me thay cant send to commonwealth account and didnt tell me any sooner, tham they tryied to say they wont acept my hsbc bank account cause its online they need a actual real branch i attend, to which i told them that is not online ,its simply an online banking summary screenshot.


They then tell me its swoft code wrong so i to clarify email stating all bank details they needed Agian, to clarify these are correct details and to rule out a Typo , I included online banking screenshot again.



I recieve an email stating on the 14.01.19 stating 2nd time youve given wrong bsb details

My withdrwal was then sent back to my online player casino account amd i contact support who say its my fault for giving incomplete information and then i had to restart the request with starting a new withdrwal processs.

Huge shock was when i got email stating that i need to reverify my account and identity thru this new third party app and take a selfie etc.🙄 I jumped thru all these hoops agian, passed and still get told wrong bsb and asked numerous times for bank deatils to be retyped in chat amd re emailed but only ever after i initiated contact with the casino and they act like they dont have my details. They never contact me requesting any follow up info they need, after they say they tried to process my payment and ran into missing or wrong info.... Yep ok. No courtesy email?



They refuse to offer any other types of withdrawal option amdi am stuck with them passing delay blame as if im gettimg my details wrong amd them just patronising me asking for correct bsb amf thwy woll do intsnt tranfer. I open HSBC bank just for this witjdrwal how many more bank account should i open before they actually pay?


Express withdrwal not so express!


Please help. I was a daily depositer and not always using a bonus might i add. I feel cheated and like im being treated unfairly 😭

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.
